Lost internet capability and other issues

    I purchased my AcerAspireOne 2 months ago and have had no issues until yesterday. I am unable to connect to my wireless home network. I went to the control panel (running WinXP) and when i clicked on the Network Connections Icon the page is blank. Second problem, Sound has disappeared completely. Control panel icon for "Sounds and Audio device Properties", under Volume Tab all is grayed out. third problem, task bar icon for poweer shows "On AC power" even when i know i am on battery power. I do hope someone out there has an answer for these quirks. Thank you in advance, cheers and beers to all :?:

    Replying to my own query, i found the problem. I navigated to "Run" typed MSCONFIG and enabled restore all services. All works well now. thanks for your troubles. Cheers and beers to all :lol:
