Hi guys, new here and needing help badly. My daughter's envy x360 is passwords on start up. Her old boyfriend did this and she can't get back into the laptop to use it. This is a first for me to be locked out of bios so not sure what to do I have takin the battery (main) out and tried resetting bios but with no luck. I can't see or find a small battery anywhere to reset bios so I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
