    Hi everybody.

I've just got my AO this morning. I'm happy :)
I'm a ubuntu user since 3 years, so I want to put ubuntu instead of linpus. This is not a problem, because they are tutorial to do that everywhere on internet.

My question is: If I put ubuntu on it, is there a (simple?) way to put linpus back?

    Thanks you very much!

Sure, the recovery disc that came with the One will create a USB stick that will restore Linpus. You will need a 2GB USB flash stick to use it though.

I installed Ubuntu but after awhile I recovered Linpus cause it boots fast and for my purposes I really didnt need Ubuntu. I have Unbuntu on my desktop and thought I'd need it on this laptop but Linpus is fine for me.

On a similar thread, what about "downgrading" an XP One to Linpus? Would that recovery USB stick do its magic on an XP machine?
