Latitude 5530 do not detect BenQ EW3280U Monitor with USB-C

    My Dell Latitude 5530 laptop doesn't detect a BenQ EW3280U monitor with an USB-C connector on Windows 11.
    I tried two USB-C connectors - none of them worked.
    However, the same monitor displays properly via a HDMI cable.
