kalyway 10.5.3 combo update + vanilla kernel 9.3

    right, i have installed kalyway 10.5.2 to my zif hdd 60gb toshiba and it runs fine, but when i install the combo 10.5.3 kalyway updates and update the vanilla kernal to 9.3 and then reboot it hangs at the apple logo on reboot and does not continue just sits there, when i had is installed and running off a usb hdd i updated to 10.5.4 kalyway, but it does not seem to work on this zif drive after upgrading from 10.5.2 to 10.5.3 do i have to patch anything or select a patch when installing 10.5.2 off dvd? just seems weird how it worked when first installed but not when updated kernel!

    never mind, forgot to use 'update -v' after reboot lol

    haha damn, i have been having this issue all day and now just figured out it was because of the vanilla kernal i reinstalled like 3 times XD

    now this worked, thanks mate lol
