Just got mine at Costco for $349.99...

    From reading a few posts here and checking 6 cell batteries online, there was a thought that the original 8.9" mini battery fit the new 11.6 also. I was hoping that was true as I planned to swap my 8.9" 6 cell for the 3 cell in my 11.6". No dice. They are a different size.

    It doesn't really matter to me as I don't use my 8.9 to the battery limit anyway. So, I'm going to try to give the 3 cell a fair chance.

    Other than that, I LOVE this little bugger. Better screen size for my eyes and a keyboard I can actually type on without looking at the keys as I had to on my 8.9". Now, if I can get $250 for my old (6 month) mini, I'll be in heaven.

    did it come w/2gb ram & 250gb hdd? if so, great deal!

    No, it didn't. I've seen the 250GB drive and 2GB ram at Fry's for $399.

    Costco is now carrying this one online for $399. Comes in blue, black and red. :D
