It just won't print

    Is there anyone with this problem resolved, it is like this: It will pass the paper on tray # 1 only, paper tray # 2, just not exist, I want to say that eventhough there is a tray # 2, the computer does not recognises it. The printer is an Epson Work Force 7720 it is a very good printer as it works with other computers, and the computer is an ASUS StudioBook.
    When it passes the paper on tray # 1, it won't print anything, just the envelops pass without anything printed on it.
