So I lost my system recovery disc and thanks to whatever problems ACER had with it's most recent live update, now all I have is a black screen with a "x" cursor on it.

I downloaded all 5 .rar files from rapidshare for the disc, but my question is, how do I convert those files into a dvd from which I can create my usb recovery?

Unpack the rar archive (lowest part##.rar or .rar if other files are .r##) and burn the compressed .iso

    Use winrar or 7z

When I unpack it, it opens up winzip, I see a giant list of files. How do I know which one to burn?

I should say, that it extracts the iso as a winzipe file, which I burned to a dvd, but nothing runs from it.
