installed ntfscfg and now it wont mount fat32

    help please i installed NTFScfg and tried to mount a windows usb ext hdd but could not i have removed NTFSCFG now but i cant mount my fat32 usb ext hdd it still thinks it is the windows harddrive how can i make the fat 32 disc plug and play again it is listed as Disk / dev/sdb

    done a system restore as i couldn't solve the problem
