I am having problems with Dell Support Assist

    Hello,

    I have a Dell Inspiron 15-3552 laptop computer. I am having a problem when I try to run Dell Support Assist.
    When I click on "Scan Hardware", I get an error message that says: "An unexpected error occurred while running this request".
    I update my Windows and Dell software weekly. Is there a way I can fix this.
