howto add plugins to the taskbar

    Either I'm mis-reading the docs or acer have disabled something.

    I believe I should be able to add plugins to the bottom taskbar by right clicking of the lower taskbar
    and choosing add ... but right click on the lower taskbar seems to do nothing
