How To Uninstall The Games.

Hi, How do I uninstall the Acer games, and even the Linux ones from the netbook? And where can I find versions of Minesweeper, Patience, and a decent Bubble Shooter type game that will work, and how do I install them. I think Minesweeper and Patience are in a package called gnome games, but I don't really want to have all the rest. Are they available separately? Many thanks.
