How to tape pin 20

    I have read in several topics in this forum about taping pin 20 in order for the AAO recognize a Mini PCI-e module (e.g. 3G modem card) in the device manager. Can someone please explain how to "tape" the pin and how to recognize the pin in the MoBo. Thanks for any help offered.
