    Greetings,
With Linpus on my AAO 150, I am wishing to use the calendar and its options, namely "as for" Outlook Express (do not throw tomatoes at me ^^ ) they are sounds included as alarm-reminder of an event.

Well the sound that is issued with Acer's calendar is rather discreet, as discreet as a shy mouse's pee on blotting paper

I am trying to locate the sounds bank inside the ACER, especially those for the calendar.

    Code:
    find / -name '*.wav'
delivers an impressive list. Same with mp3, ogg, etc...
Has anyone here an idea which one is the sound incriminated? Or which is the directory where those sounds for calendar are located?

I wish to modify it with something more "percussive", such as the "goooooood moooooorning vietnam" shout!
    Thank you in advance

    Hi nonogm,

    Navigate here ;)
    /usr/acer/share/ame/images

As far as I can see there is only 1 associated calender wav file, but suspect you could import any sound file you wanted to this location and re-name it with the calenders default wav file name.
