    Hi,

Sorry for this amateur question but how would I go about formatting the hard drive in my AO722 (windows 7 64 bit) ? I tried booting with DNAB and another program but they didn't work. Thanks!

Before you decide, have you replacement setup discs for the operating system your replacing (windows 7. 64) with.

You know that acer has a recovery partition on the original hard drive, you will
loose that for good if you format the harddrive.

If you still wish to continue with a drive format then here's a link
    for SUPER FDISK
