How to clean up windows 10 old files, and others

If you are happy with windows 10 and are not wishing to recover it back to your
previous windows version then this is for you.

Windows 10 retains old files, including setup files and the old version you left behind.
These files are taking up as much as 17gb of room on your hard drive.

Here's how to remove those redundant files.

Type in DISK CLEANUP in the long search the web, and windows search bar.
In the new menu click the MY STUFF icon.

You will find this message CLEAR DISK SPACE BY DELETING UNNECESSARY
    FILES click on that.

A new menu will appear look downwards and click on the CLEAN UP SYSTEM FILES.

Then choose what you wish to remove.

Thanks a lot for the info, I will definitely need it once I decide to upgrade :) I was actually worried about those useless files, amazed to read they can take up to 17 gb!!! That sounds like a lot space that I can't afford to waste. It's good to know what to expect :D
