Help with NETWORK CENTER Settings

    Got my daughter a A1 and haven't had any problems with it until tonight. She tried to connect to the internet and nothing. I tried to help her and clicked on the "Settings" button. Went to the Network" tab and when we click on it, it tries to open but won't. Any help or ideas? THANKS!
