help - D250-1990

i've messed up my hard drive completely. where can i get a free download of the recovery disk (because my entire hdd was formatted) for my netbook? I shut down my netbook during an osx install iatkos v7 and now my boot sector is corrupted or something. Is there anyway to fix this? i took out my hdd and formatted it over in win xp and then tried fixboot but same error when trying to reinstall osx. i got a good install at first and then i reinstalled and created this problem. now osx won't load at all it just keeps rebooting. won't work even in safe mode.

 

you can try to repartition your drive from scratch. i think, usually, it erases the boot sector information when its a fresh partition. try changing the format to GUID instead of MBR
