    hi,
I receive a blue screen with the next error:
    UMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME
    and:
    *** STOP: 0X000000ED (0x8A73D4B8,0xC0000006,0x00000000, 0x00000000)
    The operating system is XP.
Please advice what to do ?
    Thanks,
    Doron

I have googled your problem and the seems to me that the boot partition may be corrupt as a result of missing files or infect files. The only solution I can offer you is to format your hard drive and do a clean installation of Windows again on your computer. There is nothing more you can do if the OS will not boot.
