G3 Chip to install directly on the AA1

    I understood that under the cover, which can be unscrewed on the back of the AA1 is a reserved place to install a G3:UTMS chip. Is that true and has anybody done it and if yes where to buy the chip?

    There is a place for a Mini PCI-E connector and a 3G card, but only the model sold at Radio Shack has the internal hardware.

    A number of people have hacked the AAO to have the 3G, search for the "How To's".
