Function keys for Power Monitor, Clock don't work

    Recently the Fn key functions like the one that brings up the power monitor and the clock have
    stopped working on my Aspire One (8gb ssd, XP). The problem was first noticed after
    I enabled and used hibernation (not sure if this is related to the problem).

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might get those functions to work again?

    Perhaps the problem was caused by my uninstalling the launch manager.
    Any comments?

    The problem was fixed when I reinstalled the launch manager.
