Flickering Screen

    My HP 15-dy151wm Notebook screen started flickering, goes off and on as I move the mouse. When I connect to a secondary monitor via HDMI cable the extended view works perfectly, but the laptop monitor still flickers. Do I need to replace the motherboard?
