external hdd fat 32

    Hi
    I have a external harddrive that it ntfs and works fine on my Linux AAO but i want to format it to fat 32 so i can plug it in to my
    Xbox 360 so i can watch films on the big screen.
    Whats the easiest way to format the external hdd in Linux to fat 32 at the moment the AAO is my only computer so i can't do it on another machine any help would be appreicated as i don't have a clue yet about linux.
