Error 17

    I have a problem at startup. The netbook goes through the BIOS startup routine OK and if I press F2 I see the USB port, IDE drive , etc. but when it continues after the BIOS I only get a black screen and the message "Error 17?". Nothing on the netbook works except I can reflash the BIOS using the normal routine. How do I fix this?
