    Hello all,

I've been playing around with my 150L for a couple of weeks now, and have Ubuntu installed on my main partition, with a 20 Gig partition for eeeXubuntu. I was attracted to this mainly because of its out-of-the-box support for Wifi, undemanding XFCE desktop, and my desire to retain the look and feel of the Gnome environment in Ubuntu, for when I want to use it.

But there have been a few issues. Now, I know it's meant for the Asus EEE, but set-up is very similar. Anyway, I haven't been able to get sound working, although it recognises the Intel device. Also, after updating some of the packages, my drives etc no longer appear on the desktop, and yet open windows do! The XFCE desktop also disappears if I right click, to be replaced by a big grey space. Help! Has anyone got a clue what might be going wrong?

Otherwise eeeXubuntu seems really good. It's very fast.
