Do you believe Linux will ever break out?

    You're probably referring to PC users switching to Linux, because a big portion of the servers and such are already using Linux. I think that there are two main reasons for why PC users aren't switching to Linux. One of them is simply because they're very used to using Windows. That's what they've been using since they started using a computer. The other reason is that learning to use Linux, to some degree, means learning command line input. Most people aren't going to put in that effort. Add to that the fact that Linux is not really being marketed, and most people don't know about it.

    There are people who've sued Microsoft for this. There was one woman who won the case against Microsoft and she was paid $10,000 by them. After hearing such stories it's a wonder how Microsoft remains to be so dominant in the market. Updating people's computers to Windows 10 without their approval is just ridiculous.
