Disconnects from wifi when another laptop connects.

    Hi,
    my wife has a acer aspire one that disconnects from the wifi as soon as my Dell Inspiron 6400 connects.
    Before I give out all the details, does someone perhaps know why such a thing might happen?

    Could depend on the router. Another user on the forum posted the same bug a while ago, so do a quick search.

    Try updating the firmware on the router, and change the WiFi channel to a channel that suits your area. Note, your machines will probably also need the channel changed.
