device manager code 12 error on display :( please help

Hey, i was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on to why my AOA150 (zg5) is saying

"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

on my display adapter in device manager, this is also means that i am stuck in 800 x600 which is very annoying to say the least, i have tried re installing the drivers several times to no avail, it is driving me crazy as to what it might be, i should also mention that i am running vista home premium, could this be the problem? i am very new to netbooks, the only reason i recieved this one is because someone believed they had killed it, i simply flashed the bios, and it worked , yes it was the black screen lol.
