Dell xps - blinks white 1 and amber 2 pls help

    Hi have a dell XP’s laptop and it’s stopped booting up - just blinks 1 and 2 amber.

    I've tried disconnecting the battery and restarting with power and same thing ?

    do you guys reckon it’s cpu kaput - is that the end of my laptop
