Dell G3 P75F, Windows 11 update messed up my laptop, help.

I did an update to Windows 11 and it immediately messed up my keyboard. My keyboard responds like its being interrupted and is unusable.
I bought an inexpensive USB keyboard, and it works great. Also, the screen keyboard works great.
The other major issue is it only runs if it's plugged in, it does not charge the batteries while it's plugged in though.
I got on the Dell site and returned the laptop to Windows 10 Home but both issues still persist.
I've ran the Dell diagnostic tool, and it says everything is fine.
All drivers are current, and it sees no other issues.
What other steps might I try?
