    Hello.

Can anyone help me and tell me how I can rearrange the desktop shortcuts? For example I would like to see the shortcut of "My Downloads" instead of "My Music".

I would also like to know how I can delete a shortcut.

    thx 4 the answers.

I know you can expand one of the four categories and the drag the shortcuts around with a mouse (and likely trackpad).

It would be smart to learn to edit the group-app.xml file directly so you can also add new shortcuts as needed. Use the terminal commands below to make a copy for safety and then edit the file. You'll see any changes after the next start-up.

    Code:
    sudo cp /home/user/.config/xfce4/desktop/group-app.xml group-app.xml.copy
    sudo mousepad /home/user/.config/xfce4/desktop/group-app.xml
The article "Ten Tweaks ...." at http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2008/09/05/ten_aspire_one_tips/page3.html gets you started.
