D260 choppy sound exclusively when playing files from HDD

    D260 choppy sound exclusively when playing files from HDD
    Though web videos playng fine ! (youtube....)
    I read somewhere that it might be the rpms of the hdd ?

    It could be the drives RPM's, the drives cache, or if under Windows, it could be a setting to check in the Device Manager.

    You don't mention which OS you're using, post back with which Windows / Linux version you have and we might be able to give a bit more assistance.
