D250 - Choosing replacement speakers

I want to replace the speakers in my D250, maybe get a little more sound range/quality. The stock speakers seem to cut out completely around 325hz, and at around 13khz. There are a couple threads on mods for the A150, but I dont see anything for the D250 yet.

I haven't opened the case yet, maybe somebody that has can tell me the dimensions of the stock speakers? From the pics of a dismantling in another thread it does look like they are round (A150 were rectangular).

That third one is a 600ohm - ? Probably not what I want but the response on it is great.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Yeah, you're right. Finding stuff on Mouser can make you a little bleary-eyed after a while
