D250-1371+intel 5300 question?

    i just ordered a intel 5300 half size wifi card to replace my oem one and windows picks it up and installs fine but i cant detect any wifi signals at all any help appreciated thanks.


    system specs.
    windows 7 ultimate
    2gig of ram
    bluetooth addon
