Customized advanced mode - wireless icon disappeared..

    I followed these instructions, not all of them.
    And when I restarted, my wireless icon disappeared!
    There's an orange light near the wifi switch.
    Help?

    ***USING Acer Aspire One Linpus Linux.

    EDIT: Also I have other computers around the house, and they are all connected.
    It is not my wireless internet's problem.
    I have this feeling I deleted something while doing advanced mode..but idk what.
    I am a semi newbie, I can do terminal codes and all that.

    And I can access Connection Manager just fine, but the icons gone and the internet has disconnected.

    Any help would be appreciated!
