    I thought it might be useful to get a list of city-building games together that work. I'm a die-hard city builder player and quite a lot of my favorites work on my AAO-150. My specs when I first started... 1gb ram (just upgraded to 1.5gb), 120gb hdd.

    Pharaoh - Works perfectly, native resolution 800x600 in the game so no need for mods.

    SimCity 4 - Works quite well, even added in some of the addons. I have to admit I'm not a big SimCity fan so I did not do extensive testing.

    Tropico - Works perfectly, 800x600 resolution.

    Zeus & Poseidon - Works perfectly, native resolution 800x600 in the game so no need for mods.

    ....

    Not exactly a city builder but Startopia works perfectly with native 1024x600 resolution and is very fun.
