Cannot write to MBR

    Hi all, I was trying to install an alternative OS in my AA1 (120GB linux version) but it seems i cannot get any bootloader to install. So far I've tryed OpenSuse 11 and Windows XP, neither of this succeded..
    OpenSuse's Grub stops at boot with "ERROR 2" screen (3 time, every time the installation went fine)
    Windows XP Pro stops wining about hal.dll not existing, as far as i know hal.dll is about the windows bootmanager.
    Goggle could not help and noone seems to have encountered this problem so.. YOU are my last hope :D

    Update, after the third xp installation,without any apparent reason, everything went fine.
    I'm the only one experiencing this issue?
