Can i upgrade my AOD250 from its standard 160GB into the bigger capacity which still maximize its performance and didn't cause a bottleneck to my systems,i've upgraded my ram to 2gb kingston 400mhz and so far it is stable and averagely fast

if i decided upgrade my HDD which one is suit for my AOD250---250/320GB?which spec and brand that friendly with my pocket but get the best performance--eg:western digital, seagate, maxtor???

yes you can upgrade (as long as it's sata)
a 7200 rpm drive will get you a bit more speed (not a lot) at the cost of power
a 5400 rpm drive should give you similar speed and power to your current drive...
