If that dvd can be played by MusicMatch Jukebox then I guess you can burn it to CD. I have seen my husband burning songs to CD last year which are Christmas songs. And I know that those Christmas songs were from a DVD because they are music videos. One time he got some songs from the DVD of Jesus Christ Superstar using Nero Burner software. And again, he successfully got a CD copy. Our car's sound player is CD capable only.

I haven't used dvd or cd for a very long time. I hope things haven't changed too much. Normally, if you can see the file, you can copy it to your hard drive. From there, you can burn it to another cd. I did come across some cds before which contained songs which could not be copied to the hard drive. What I did was use the internal sound recorder to record the song while it was played. That captured the song as a file in the hard drive. From there, it can be burned to another cd.
