Bluetooth Activation on Startup

    I have an Acer Aspire One 721-3988 with Bluetooth adapter installed inside laptop. I can't get adapter to automatically start on startup. I have to use the launch manager to start it each time. After using Launch Manager (Fn+F3) and using switch to turn Bluetooth on the mouse works well. Could you sugget a way to ensure Bluetooth is turned on at every computer startup?
