Benchmark Archive

Hi guys, I think we should start a benchmark archive of how fast a program takes to load on windows so we can set a standard and push the limits to the Aspire One notebook with Windows XP/ Vista.
All you have to do is state your specs, operating system, program you ran, and how many minutes/seconds it took to load.
Let me start it off:
(120 HDD, 1GB RAM, Windows XP)
Getting into Windows: 1 min, 15 seconds
Office Word 2007: 14 sec
Adobe Photoshop CS2: 48 sec

I just have the linux version with added 512 ram and nothing else upgraded yet.
Did all those Win XP tweaks tho.

Windows: 50 seconds
Word 2003: 2 seconds

Vanilla 8gb Intel SSD (Slow one)

Boot up (Button to desktop) 30-37 Secs.
Word 2007 2-3 secs ( i think i ran it before though)
Excel 8 secs
Photoshop CS3 18-20 secs
Paint 0-1 sec :lol:
