While trying to boost my laptop audio I saw a mic icon with an x on it (meaning it was disabled) so I unchecked that (I think I was in control panel) but now I get bad feedback and I can't find that mic symbol again - planning to restore laptop to settings of a few days ago so hopefully that will solve the problem but can anyone tell me where that mic symbol would be please - I have looked under audio in control panel and in accessories. Thank you!
