Asus gaming laptop broken key question

    2021 rog zephyrus s17 series laptop (model: GX703HS-XB98)

    Friend of mine's laptop.

    A couple keys popped off repair shop said it was 600 dollars to replace. Is there something under the key cap that is supposed to be here? Like a spring type mechanism? I was trying to track down some parts to order? Or do you have to order a whole key bed?

    The broken key parts got lost in shipping it back to her. So I have no idea what the old ones looked like to match up..

    Any help would be much much appreciated!
