Aspire One A150X Ram Upgrade Question

    Mine came with 1 gig of ram out of the box. I have read that you can upgrade the ram on the 512meg models to 1.5 gigs. Can the model I have be upgrade as well? Im just wondering if it matters that mine came with 1 gig by default. Thanks

    1 gig models have; one 512 meg soldered in memory chip and one upgradeable slot with a 512 meg chip, replace the chip in the upgradeable slot for a 1 gig chip and then your total will be 1.5 gigs.
