Aspire freezes, left click uses as right click

Ive has this problem for a while but recently its become worse. Blah, it freezes for no apparent reason then for about minute after it unfreezes the left click works as if its the right. The right click doesn't to do anything.
Umm... not a virus, like I said its been happening for a long time. I have been lagging lately but usually keep laptop in good condition.
