Aspire A16-52MT-91B0, Can Additional Storage & Memory Be Added?

Looking at getting this model and wondering if more RAM and Storage can be added. I read Memory is soldered in but there is an open location to add more, and there is a previous generation open Storage location but need confirmation from those that know here. Thanks
