AOD150 battery wont charge

Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone have problems with the AOD150 netbook model

my battery will only charge for 2-5 minutes then it stops (amber light goes away), I also have the newest bios firmware 1.09 already installed

I tried the trick where you discharge the system (unplug battery + ac and hold power button for 2 min) but no success

I contacted acer tech support and they told me to drain the battery to 0 and try again, but I highly doubt this will do anything

If anyone can help me out, would be much appreciated

so I drained the battery
and still same problems, anyone know if this is the battery defect? or system?
cause the comp runs fine with just the a/c plugged in w/o battery
