Anybody compare different ram speeds/timings?

Just curious, has anybody compared 533 and 667 or higher, as well as different CAS ratings? I'm guessing its all the same since you can't exactly edit it in the bios... but I figured i'd ask for the sake of it

I believe we're limited to 533 because of the built-in memory. My recollection of latencies is a little fuzzy though... does that work per-slot or as a whole?

I think it works as a whole... So probably limited to the current stick Oh well.
