I see that the new D250's come with Android installed, I have a new Windows 7 D250. I have android on my phone and love it. Is there a place to download an image to load that on my netbook instead?

Argh, I've just wiped my hard drive to install Win 7 over XP/Android.

If I'd thought I would have made a back up of the repair partition and tried to pluck the Android side out of it!!

Surely someone could get it from their stock D250 and post it up?

I'm trying out the x86 android version on my Acer Aspire One A0A150 - and it is working very well. You can get the download from
    http://www.android-x86.org/
I installed the 3.2 version onto the hard drive to provide dual-boot with XP, but I tried it out using a USB stick first.

So far, the only issues I've found is that the battery status and wake lock does not work properly (the 3.2 honeycomb build I'm using was compiled for an ASUS laptop). But, there's an app for that - Wake Lock - which you can download. If you have a google account, you can get bzillions of apps from the google market.
