Hi, I've read the posts concerning the standard WebCam program not having a sound record facility. Fair enough, I've installed Skype and that does the job admirably.

However, the other reason my son (whose machine it is) would like the webcam to work is to record him larking about in front of it. Does this fine video only, but obviously no audio.

I saw a reference to Ekiga, but that appears to be a videoconferencing system, and CamStream doesn't want to load properly - CVideoDeviceInput: Warning: No channel info available.

Is there another app that others have used that works OK?

    Thanks!
